Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, for security and to keep the site working.

To call you back, show you a demo, send a quote and follow up on your enquiry.

To keep the website secure and to understand, in aggregate, which pages are useful.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for anything you did not ask for.

Businesses that use DHRUVIX products own the data they enter. We process it only to provide the service, under the agreement with that business.

Data is stored with professional cloud providers, protected by encryption in transit, access controls and regular backups.

Only with service providers we need to run our business, such as cloud hosting, email and messaging providers, under confidentiality terms. We share data with authorities only when the law requires it.

Enquiry details are kept as long as needed to serve you and for our business records, then deleted or anonymised.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw your consent, by writing to support@dhruvix.in. We respond within a reasonable time and as required by law.
