Privacy Policy

This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and loads no third-party scripts or trackers. The fonts are served from our own servers, so your browser does not contact any font provider. The only personal information we receive is what you choose to type into the contact form.

DHRUVIX is a software design and development studio based in Pune, India, founded in 2024. For anything in this policy, write to us at support@dhruvix.in.

When you submit the contact form, we receive:

• Your name, which is required so we know who we are replying to.
• Your email address, which is required so we can reply.
• Your company or project name, which is optional.
• The service you selected and an optional budget range.
• The message you wrote.

We do not ask for, and you should not send, sensitive information such as financial details, government identifiers, or health information through this form.

Our hosting provider also records standard server logs, which include your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested. These are generated automatically by the hosting platform and are used for security and to keep the site running.

We use what you send for one purpose: to read your enquiry and reply to it, and to carry on that conversation if it turns into a project. We do not use it for advertising, we do not profile you, and we make no automated decisions about you.

We do not sell your information and we do not share it for marketing. Two service providers process it on our behalf so this site can function:

• Vercel, which hosts the website and generates the server logs described above.
• Resend, which delivers the contact form submission to our inbox as an email.

Both act on our instructions. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

Enquiries arrive in our email inbox and are kept there while we are in conversation with you and for a reasonable period afterwards, so we have a record of what was discussed. We keep enquiries for no longer than [RETENTION PERIOD TO BE CONFIRMED] unless you become a client, in which case the project correspondence is retained for the duration of our engagement and any period required by law.

Our providers may store and process data outside India. Where that happens, we rely on the provider's own safeguards for international transfers.

You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You can also withdraw consent for us to hold it. To do any of those, email support@dhruvix.in and we will respond within a reasonable time.

If you are in India, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 gives you these rights, and you may raise a grievance with our grievance officer: [GRIEVANCE OFFICER NAME AND CONTACT TO BE CONFIRMED]. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have equivalent rights under the GDPR, including the right to complain to your local supervisory authority.

The site is served over HTTPS. Contact form submissions are validated on the server and sent over an encrypted connection to our email provider. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send anything confidential through the form. If you need to share something sensitive, email us first and we will agree a safer route.

This site is intended for businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means the updated policy applies.
