Refund & Cancellation Policy

Trials of DHRUVIX products are free. No payment is taken during a trial, so there is nothing to refund. You can stop using the product at any time during the trial.

If you are not satisfied, you can ask for a full refund within 7 days of a successful payment for a DHRUVIX product subscription.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Banks and payment gateways usually take 5 to 7 working days to credit it.

Payments are not refunded after 7 days. Where it is fair, for example a plan change or a billing mistake, we issue a credit note that is adjusted against your future invoices.

Websites, apps and custom software are built in milestones agreed in your proposal. Payments for milestones already delivered are not refundable. Payments for work not yet started are handled as written in your proposal or agreement.

You can cancel at any time. Your account stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, and you can export your data before it ends.
